As part of a stimulating environment and daily routine, our shop foreman will be required to organize and delegate responsibilities amongst a knowledgeable team of employees to ensure a continuous flow of millwork through our facility in a seamless manner. Required Skills and Daily Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and build customized cabinetry, hoods, counters, etc.
- Make the necessary calculations to create customized cabinetry that complies with the specifications established with the customer.
- Operate machinery, tools (hand & power), and measuring equipment/devices.
- Perform tests when necessary related to the development of new product.
- Meet all quality, productivity, and scheduling standards in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure cabinets, materials, and components are complete, compliant, and on time.
- Other tasks as assigned.
